LEECH the house leech, flat and unfed

Robinhood Chain · the tape is open

It takes 1% of every meme you buy.

You pay to put a leech on somebody's wallet. From that second on, every meme that wallet buys on Robinhood Chain gets skimmed: one percent off the top, half of it paid to whoever attached the leech and most of the rest burned. It cannot be sold, it cannot be sent, and the only way off it is salt.

The skim

wallet 1 of 8

Order flow has a rhythm, and there is exactly one moment in it where a cut comes off unnoticed. Hold SKIM while the needle sits inside the green band and the fee lands clean; hold it outside and the trader starts reading his own slippage, which ends in salt. A BIG BUY doubles the cut and widens the window while it lasts. Skim eight wallets and the book closes.

How a mouth works

four pins on the board

Four rules, and none of them are in your favour if the wallet is yours.

1

Attach

Pay 2,000 $LEECH and pick any wallet that has bought a meme in the last day. The mouth opens on it inside the same block, and the person holding that wallet finds out the way everybody finds out, which is on their next buy.

price climbs 15% every 256 mouths
2

Skim

One percent off every meme that wallet buys, taken in the same transaction, before the coins ever land. Big buys feed it more than small ones, and a wallet that trades all day feeds it all day without ever holding a single leech.

1% of every buy · taken on chain, per fill
3

Fatten

It grows on what it has taken and not on time: flat under a thousand skimmed, fed at a thousand, swollen at ten, gorged at a hundred. Nothing shrinks it back, so a fat leech on the wall is really a receipt for how much that wallet has been buying.

four stages · a week with no buys turns it pale
4

Salt

Only the wallet itself can burn the mouth off, and only by paying twice everything that mouth has already skimmed out of it. All of it burns, the wallet goes clean, and there is usually somebody waiting to attach the next one before the day is out.

salt price = 2× everything it has taken, burned whole

Where every cut goes

1% of the buy, split in the same block

The fee never sits anywhere and nobody has to claim it. It is split in the same transaction that took it.

50%
to whoever attached it
half of every cut

Straight to the wallet that paid to open the mouth, buy after buy, for as long as the thing stays on. Attach one to yourself and this half burns instead, which is the closest thing here to a rule against cheating.

40%
burned
of every cut

Bought back and sent to a dead address in the same block as the trade that paid for it. Salting a mouth burns twice everything it took on top of that, so every clean wallet out there cost somebody a bonfire.

10%
the jar
of every cut

Kept for the ward: the contract, the artwork and the wall that everybody checks to see whose wallet is bleeding today. Whatever the jar does not spend, the jar burns.

Opening a mouth costs 2,000 $LEECH at epoch 0 and climbs: 2,300 · 2,645 · 3,042 · 3,498 · 4,023, every 256 mouths, forever.

The four stages

drawn by the contract, sized by your trading

A leech reads its wallet out loud. It grows on the fees it has taken, so a gorged one is not an insult to the leech at all, it is a receipt for how much that wallet has been buying — and a week with no buys turns the whole thing pale.

Every wallet currently carrying a mouth, heaviest first. None of them attached it themselves, and all of them are still buying.

The ladder

2,048 mouths · one cell = 32 attachments

Every 256 mouths the price of opening the next one goes up 15% and never comes back down. Early wallets are cheap to put a mouth on. Late ones are a statement about that wallet.
